Shipping Policy

We strive for fast shipping. We typically ship your item the same day it is purchased otherwise it will ship the next business day. We use USPS first class for most packages otherwise we also use USPS priority or UPS ground for larger packages.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a general no return / exchange policy. All Sales Final.

We do however provide warranty against defects on wheels. If you receive any wheel with defects, please let us know within 7 days of purchase so we can exchange and replace the defective part.

Custom Hot Wheels & Displays are made by hand therefore those do not have any warranty as handmade products typically can have minor flaws.
